We’re excited to welcome our local community to the 2025 SINPS Festive Fair!
🛍️ Market stalls – quality goods perfect for Christmas shopping, hosted by both SINPS families and established stallholders from across Sydney.
🍔 Food & drinks – a great mix of food trucks and stalls to keep you fuelled throughout the day.
🎶 Live entertainment – enjoy performances from our talented school bands and strings ensembles, plus some exciting up-and-coming performers.
🎡 Amusements & activities – new this year, plenty to keep the kids entertained!
We’ll be welcoming stallholders from across Sydney, offering a variety of quality products – perfect for getting a head start on your Christmas shopping! There will also be plenty of fun activities to keep the kids entertained.

This year we’re adding even more fun for the kids with a range of exciting amusements and activities.
From creative crafts to hands-on play, there’ll be plenty to keep them entertained while parents browse the stalls and enjoy the entertainment.

Where and when is the Festive Fair?
Sunday 23 November from 11am to 3pm at St Ives North Public School (87 Memorial Avenue, St Ives).
Who can come?
Everyone is invited! Current students and their families, graduates, neighbours, local community - all are welcome.
How should we get there?
Parking is expected to be limited, so please consider riding, walking or using public transport.
Can I pay with cash or card?
The P&C will be accepting both cash and card payments for amusements, raffle tickets and the sausage sizzle and bake sale. Most market stalls will accept cards but it's probably a good idea to bring some cash just in case.
Is there an entry fee?
Nup! Food, amusements and some activities will incur charges, but otherwise please join us in soaking up live music and community atmosphere free of charge.
This Fair sounds amazing - how can we help to make it a success?
Why thank you! Firstly, please come along and join us in enjoying the day! Secondly, by buying a sausage or bake sale treat, or purchasing a ride or raffle ticket, your funds will help the P&C provide resources to enrich our students' school experience.
Can I bring my dog?
No, unfortunately dogs are not permitted on school grounds.
What if it rains?
The Festive Fair will go ahead regardless of weather, with plenty of tasty treats and market stall shopping. In the unfortunate event that the jumping castle, hungry hippos and petting zoo have to be cancelled, full refunds will be issued for Unlimited Fun Pass and Hungry Hippo Single Ride tickets.
